Project Overview: AUFS is in the wholesale food & beverages industry, and they faced high energy costs and required better visibility to optimise consumption, equipment maintenance, and reduce costs. 

Building Management System: The site has been digitised and equipped with Emerson management system.  

Solution: After deploying Retragreen AI dashboard and IoT business solutions, energy savings have been confirmed through the M&V (Measurement & Verification) process as per below table, which involves capturing, analysing and comparing data for consecutive days.  

Achievement: This real-time data and visibility enabled AUFS to make an informed decision to better manage their energy consumption. Our predictive analytics also helped to reduce machine downtime. Energy savings is 11.56% ~ $120,000 per annum.
